Athletic Trainer, Physician Extender for Dr. Hurbanek

A certified and licensed Athletic Trainer (ATC), Ms. Caldwell graduated from Lewis University, a National Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE) program. Her education and training focused on sports medicine, with an emphasis in sports injuries, as well as, chronic, overuse-type conditions. Her athletic training program consisted of a variety of clinical experiences including high school athletics, college athletics, and physical therapy clinics. After a five-month internship with Dr. Hurbanek she began working for Hinsdale Orthopaedics in October 2015. She is currently working towards her Master in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Healthcare Administration at Lewis University. She works alongside Dr. Hurbanek in the clinic to assist in the care of patients with various types of orthopaedic ailments. She performs evaluations and instructs patients on gait training and home therapeutic exercise programs.
