Taylor Thieme (LAT, ATC) Athletic Trainer, Physician Extender for Dr. Hurbanek
A certified and licensed Athletic Trainer (ATC), Taylor graduated from Lewis University, a National Commission on Accreditation of Athletic Training Education (CAATE) program. Her education and training focused on sports medicine, with an emphasis in sports injuries, as well as, chronic, overuse-type conditions. Her athletic training program consisted of a variety of clinical experiences including high school athletics, college athletics, and physical therapy clinics. After a five-month internship with Dr. Hurbanek she began working for Hinsdale Orthopaedics in October 2015. In May 2017, she obtained her Master in Business Administration (MBA) with a concentration in Healthcare Administration at Lewis University. She works alongside Dr. Hurbanek in the clinic to assist in the care of patients with various types of orthopaedic ailments.
